About the Agency

M&M Magical Adventures is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and a Disney Earmarked Agency. Working alongside with Disney Destinations now for over 4 years, meeting sales goals and strict criteria we were able to receive this designation.

The Requirements
Travel Planner Requirements
  • 5 or more trips to any Disney Destination - One or more within the last year.
  • An outgoing person who loves to meet new people
  • A motivated, self-starter with a professional work ethic  
  • Understanding of social media marketing
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • A passion for planning trips
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using the internet and Microsoft Office products
  • Willing to do what it takes to take care of your client (i.e. up before dawn to make dining reservations, FastPasses reservations, apply discounts or receive late night phone calls.
  • Active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Working laptop running Windows 10 and able to utilize Chrome 
  • ​High Speed Internet 
  • A U.S. Resident
  • A High School or GED graduate "College degree is preferred"
  • 3 or more trips to any Disney Destination in recent years​

What is takes to suceed

At M&M Magical Adventures we have fun but work hard. Please keep in mind this is Not a Hobby! To succeed in this position it will require at least 15-20 hours per week to build your business.  As your business grows and you obtain more customers, your hours will increase. Being a travel agent is hard work but the reward is even better. 

Agency Role

We will train you! M&M Magical Adventures is dedicated to making all of their agents successful and client vacations seamless. As an agency we provide personal training in marketing, procedures and tips on generating leads and growing your customers.

Already a Travel Planner?

M&M Magical Adventures welcomes Travel Planners looking to transfer.  Looking for a new home? Looking for a higher commission and less fees? We are looking for well established agents who know this business well and have a client base. We prefer at least 1 year of Disney Destinations travel planning experience or any other supplier.  If you would like to learn more fill out the application and one of the owners will contact you. 

Don't qualify to be a travel planner?

We are looking for M&M Magical Adventures Brand Ambassadors.  If you know of any friends or family members wanting to take a Disney Vacation all you do as an ambassador is send over their information.  Once they travel, we pay you a finders fee. It's that easy!
