It has been a crazy few days, but we wanted to take a break and say thank you to not only our amazing team of travel planners but also our travel suppliers AND wonderful clients! This is a time that allows our team of travel agents the opportunity to provide the level of service and care our clients deserve. We have been on the phone for hours and hours to reschedule vacations, answer questions, discuss options, and simply put our clients at ease during this very difficult and unprecedented time.
Many of our clients’ Spring Break plans have been impacted, and we know it’s difficult to go through the disappointment of not being able to go on the magical vacation we had planned for you. But remember…your vacation has NOT BEEN cancelled. Think of it as “a vacation delay in progress.”
In the past 48 hours, we have seen our team of M&M Magical Adventures Travel Planners pull together to help each other in any way possible. Our travel suppliers (Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival to name a few) have diligently been working to keep the industry informed and have kept the focus on our clients!
Unfortunately we have seen and heard awful stories from people who did not book with a travel agent. They are going through the stress and heartache of navigating through this difficult time and handling all the changes/cancellations on their own.
